All linens are supplied. Rooms do not have television or telephones. A washer and dryer and a common-use refrigerator, stove and a specimen-freezer are also available at the field station. Cutlery and crockery are provided by the WBTRS.

Miscellaneous (transportation, local field assistance, etc.)
Those researchers who require advice on potential research sites and/or require occasional assistance with logistics can obtain such advice from the resident Research Assistant at the WBTRS. Researchers requiring more systematic field assistance should indicate this on their application to the WBTRS/Simla Manager. Please contact the General Manager, well in advance.
